From Dave’s elementary education in Kenya to his post-collegiate study of Chinese in China and Taiwan, Dave Richter has sought solutions to puzzles, answers to difficult questions, and acknowledgement of a common human purpose for all of us. His professional career started with the US-China Business Council in Beijing and Washington, DC. In 1992, he began working for Asia Emergency Assistance in Beijing, managing medical evacuations and coordinating the logistics of transport, equipment, and people. In 2002, Dave founded Richter International Consulting to help both multinational companies and NGOs coordinate the specifics of their insurance and medical and security assistance programs.
In 2012 Dave was featured as a “Changemaker” by Global Washington for his trans-continental pursuit both personally and professionally to make a difference in the world.
